Our restaurant division crafts destination-driven culinary concepts—from the sophisticated Mesopotamian flavors of Dokya to the authentic Khaleeji café experience of Chai Halib. Available Positions


We are currently seeking talented applicants for the following key Front-of-the-House roles.


Supervisor

Oversee shift operations, manage floor staff, ensure adherence to brand standards, and resolve guest issues with professionalism. This role is focused on leadership and operational execution.


Head Waiter

Manage a section, mentor junior staff, and provide exemplary table service, demonstrating in-depth menu and beverage knowledge. This role requires expert service skills and mentorship ability.


Waiter/Waitress

Deliver genuine, attentive service, manage orders accurately, and anticipate guest needs to enhance the dining experience. This role is focused on the core guest experience.


Barista

Prepare and serve a wide range of artisanal coffees and specialty beverages, maintaining the highest quality standards for presentation and flavor. This role requires precision and craftsmanship.


Runner

Ensure seamless communication between the FOH and BOH (Kitchen), delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests. This role emphasizes efficiency and coordination.


Hostess

Warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations and seating charts effectively, and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere at the entrance. This role serves as the crucial first impression.

  • Maintain an impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, beverage selections, and promotional specials.

  • Handle guest feedback and requests with grace and efficiency, ensuring immediate follow-up.

  • Adhere strictly to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

  • Work collaboratively with all team members to foster a positive and efficient operational environment.


Required Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position within a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel F&B outlet, or specialty café environment.

  • Exceptional command of the English language (verbal communication is essential); proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, French, Russian) is a distinct advantage.

  • A proven track record of reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and reservation management software.

  • Must possess valid documentation and the eligibility to work in the State of Qatar.
